Supplements – No Returns

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

  • All supplement products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • This includes opened, unopened, or sealed supplement containers

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

T-Shirts & Apparel – Returns & Exchanges

  • Apparel items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design (subject to availability)

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
